Commit 30 Challenge

I just got the Commit 30 planner and I am going to do a Commit 30. What this means is every 30 days I am going to challenge myself to do something different. I plan to start January 1st and I will be using this Pinterest board and my Commit 30 planner.

I plan to blog about the experience and expectations at the start and at the end of each challenge month. I will share the challenges I plan to do and would love if others would join me.

30 Day Challenge Ideas

Here are a few idea of challenges that you can do if you are interested in committing to 30 day challenges. Check Pinterest or other online sources for more!

  • Learn to meditate
  • Complete a daily DVD or YouTube exercise session
  • Eat primal for 30 days (paleo or vegan would be ideal)
  • Write a book
  • Eat dinner at the table – we’re really bad at this
  • List something new to sell each day for 30 days (Facebook, eBay, Gumtree, etc.)
  • Clean and tidy an area of the house (inside and out) every day
  • Learn to crochet
  • Paint my house – solo
  • Spend an hour in the garden every day
  • Daily green juice challenge
  • 30 day declutter

  • 30 day water challenge (drink half your body weight everyday for 30 days)

  • 30 Days of yoga
