Well, I have to say; this month has been bad for me. I started off great, but due to the time change, starting my new job and just the lack of motivation I have been totally off track. It’s week three and I have totally skipped yoga for the last half of last week and so far this week.
I have decided to give up and start over again with another challenge. Luckily I will be starting my regular schedule after April 1st, so I will be getting back into the gym on a regular basis. I do have my challenge for April all ready to go so stay tuned for those details.Once I start my regular work schedule I plan to hit the gym at least 4 days a week. I found out that I may not be starting work as late as I expected so I will have to work around that as well.
I want to apologize now because my blogs may be a little skimpy over the next few weeks. We are going to start working on the house soon, so I expect to be pretty busy. I do plan to do some vlogging, so that is where I may be spending more of my time.
