Juicing


I have been juicing lately and plan to do a juicing challenge at some point. I have been finding some awesome juice recipes on Pinterest as well as making up a few myself.

Here is one of the recipes I put together. 

Sweet potato, carrot, apple, orange and ginger.

This one turned put great but was a little bitter from the orange peel. I love using ginger in my juices because it contains so many healthy benefits. It also adds an amazing kick.

Benefits of ginger:

Ginger contains Gingerol, a substance with powerful medicinal properties.Ginger can treat many forms of nausea, especially morning sickness.

Ginger may also reduce muscle pain and soreness.
