Update-Social Media Detox 


It’s day five of my #socialmediadetox and do far, so good! It feels pretty good to take a break of all the posting, sharing, liking, etc.

I will be modifying some. For example, day 4 I cut off all social media after 5pm. Mainly because I didn’t have any friends to call let alone stalk. Lol. But this is basically a guide. Today all I have to do is avoid Twitter! Easy Peasy!

I suggest you make it your own!
